Position Summary:
Responsible for developing and driving the Social-Commerce channels, included:
Content creation, Influencer marketing, Social platform management (such as
tiktok & meta), Data analysis for KC across Baby & Child Care (Huggies brand).
This position will support Assistant Digital Manager (ADM) to create, run and optimize
the social-commerce marketing model with key thrusts around:
• Social platform management & content creation.
• Online brand campaign activation, included: launch campaign, mini spike…
• Influencer Marketing.
• Data Analysis to win Social-commerce Algorithm.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Social platform management & content creation
• Support ADM developing & implementing socom plan, monitoring & analyzing
performance and market trends to maximize the online customer experience
and achieve business growth.
• Collaborate with Socom agency to manage monthly content creation such as
livestream background/ script, video… as planned to reach business target
• Follow up and optimizing real time performance of socom to reach monthly
KPI; gather data, and figure out insights to improve results
• Manage media buying of socom as business strategy
• Weekly tiktok performance management & monthly report
2. Online brand campaign activation, included: launch campaign, mini spike…
• Support SMM & ADM to develop, manage, and optimize online brand
campaigns based on marketing calendar to maximize brand awareness &
consideration & achieve marketing goals…
• Create engaging content, including videos and product images/ banner, and
manage brand presence across online platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and e-
commerce marketplaces.
• Thematic campaign execution (Socom work with manager, EC campaign work
direct with DMM)
• Monthly EC Content design (banner/ SIS...) (Work direct with DMM)
3. Budget record & reconcile
Key Stakeholders:
• Reporting to Senior Digital Marketing Manager/ Assistant Digital Manager
• Key working peer relationships: Brand, Ecommerce teams, IT, Procurement, Legal
• Key external stakeholders’ relationship: socom/ influencer agencies, technology vendors, socom partners, external brand partners
Yêu cầu công việc
• 1-2 years of experience in social-commerce marketing
• Social-commerce marketing experience is a must. Ability to produce relevant and versatile content idea, including written copy and creative assets is highly appreciated.
• Influencer marketing experience is adding scored
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
• Can-do & Problem-solving mindset – being able to figure out root cause analysis, identify the pain points and suggest suitable corrective actions to solve problems
• Experience working either within or with socom agencies/ socom platform (including local/ global partners or Tiktok Platform or start-ups) is an advantage
• Data Analytics capability is highly appreciated.
