I. Company Overview

Karofi is the No.1 water purifier brand in Vietnam and a member of Tecomen Holding – a multi-industry corporation specializing in product R&D, manufacturing, distribution, and retail of household appliances.

To realize our 2040 vision of becoming one of the top 3 corporations globally in the water and air sector, we are seeking a Vietnamese CEO with a strong foundation in marketing, a proven track record of achievements, and a shared vision to further strengthen Karofi’s No.1 position in Vietnam while contributing to elevating a Vietnamese brand to the international stage.

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

- Develop and execute the overall strategy for Karofi Trading Company, aligned with the Group’s long-term vision.

- Collaborate with the Group’s BOD to bring the Karofi brand to global markets.

- Build a high-performance leadership team and foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability.

2. Business Development & Market Expansion

- Oversee all commercial operations including domestic sales, retail, e-commerce, and international expansion.

- Drive growth in revenue, profit, and market share across multiple channels.

- Expand and strengthen distribution networks and retail systems nationwide and internationally.

3. Marketing & Brand Building

- Provide strategic leadership for all marketing activities: brand positioning, communications, digital, trade marketing, CRM, etc.

- Lead impactful product launch campaigns and brand-building initiatives.

- Leverage consumer insights and market trends to guide business and product strategies.

4. Operational & Financial Management

- Manage full P&L responsibility, budgeting, and financial performance of the company.

- Improve operational efficiency, standardize processes, and optimize resource allocation.

- Identify risks and ensure strong internal control systems are in place.

5. External Relations & Brand Representation

- Represent Karofi in negotiations and strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.

- Strengthen Karofi’s reputation as a pioneering and globally-minded Vietnamese brand.

1. Knowledge

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration from a reputable institution.

- In-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese business and consumer market, including key channels such as General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), Retail, B2B, and E-commerce.

2. Experience

- Minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in CEO, General Director, or other C-level positions at companies in consumer electronics, FMCG, or trading sectors.

- Proven career progression from a strong marketing foundation to senior leadership roles.

- Demonstrated success in market expansion, brand development, or company transformation.

- Experience managing large-scale commercial operations with multi-channel models.
