The Total Rewards Supervisor is responsible for supervising and executing Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations to support talent attraction, retention, and compliance. This role manages 02 C&B team members and ensures accurate payroll delivery, statutory compliance, and effective implementation of reward programs aligned with company policies and business needs.
The role works closely with HR leadership, HRBPs, Finance, and relevant stakeholders to maintain internal equity, market competitiveness, and operational excellence in total rewards.
Key responsibilities:
1. Compensation & Benefits Operations
• Support the implementation and periodic review of compensation and benefits policies, including salary structures, incentives, and benefit programs.
• Execute salary reviews, bonus and incentive calculations in line with approved frameworks.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and prepare market comparison and analysis reports.
• Supervise, guide, and review the work of 02 C&B team members.
2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
• Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity.
• Manage SHUI, PIT, and other statutory contributions in compliance with Vietnam labor laws.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and readiness for audits or internal reviews.
• Coordinate with Finance, vendors, and external parties on payroll and benefits matters.
3. Recognition & Performance Support
• Administer monetary and non-monetary reward and recognition programs.
• Support the execution of performance-related rewards aligned with KPI/OKR and performance review cycles.
• Work with HRBPs to ensure rewards are applied consistently and fairly.
4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Prepare regular reports on compensation, benefits, and headcount costs.
• Support HR projects, system enhancements, and process improvements related to Total Rewards.
• Provide operational support for GEO-related C&B initiatives when required
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, SHUI, PIT, and Vietnam labor regulations.
• Experience supervising or mentoring C&B staff is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work cross-functionally
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
