Mô Tả Công Việc

A. Job Accountabilities:
1. Develop Total rewards frameworks, policies & procedures (20%)
• Together with Total Rewards Manager to develop rewards frameworks with a high focus on high performers & critical roles.
• Execute Rewards programs/ policies communication.
• Provide advices and guidance on appropriate hiring or promotional compensation packages when needed, in line with Reward policies and in cooperation with TA team/HRBP and business leaders.
2. Performance Management (30%)
• Act as business partner in Setting up new KPI sets for new team/ Dept; reviewing KPI sets, manage process of Goals setting, Performance Evaluation twice per year (In collaboration with HRPB & Business leaders)
3. Job Evaluation (10%)
• Conduct Job Evaluation (by Mercer Methodology) for new positions and constantly review to ensure alignment of role & responsibilities with the core function/purpose and how they are reflected in job grades
• Develop Internal Job Grading Structure
4. Market benchmarking surveys and analysis (20%)
• Participate in annual Salary survey, Benefit, Sales Incentive survey (Mercer, Hay Group, WTW etc)
• Benchmarking & analysis compensation & Benefit, people wellbeing to target market (peer group) (using TRS, MBM)
5. People related budget management (20%)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role.
• Relevant knowledge of C&B Regulations, Rewards practices.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently.
• Have sense of responsibility, confidential, carefully personality, result-oriented, well-organized.
• Deeply analytical and agile mindset.
