Job Profile

• Prompt engagement with our customers (travellers) around the world over phone calls and emails

• Gather travel requirement to Vietnam from customers

• Offer quote and travel itineraries to Vietnam using our systems

• Provide Vietnam travel consultation to travellers over WhatsApp

• Suplier rates & contacts - such as hotels, guides and transport

Work Type:

• Hybrid & Work From Home

• Full Time & Part Time Positions Available

The Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience in Vietnam tours

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Preferred age category 24 - 35

• Great customer care personality
