[TPHCM - HO] Bond Investment / Issuance - Treasury Department

1. Manage bank’s securities investment portfolio including: Treasury bonds, Government underwriting bonds, FI Bonds and CDs (only HTM and AFS, no trading).

2. Work with market for update bond/CD offers and complete investment deals, both primary and secondary market: Review OC, T&C, contracts, documents; Work with Back Office for system booking and settlement.

3. Make application, proposal for investment deals for FI customers: Analyze FI’s financial statements, financial ratios, business information, and market update;

4. Market analysis and being the contact point and work with other financial institutions to expand relationship and business opportunities;

Bond/CD Issuance

1. Prepare for issuance plan and all issuance documents (OC, Terms & Conditions, Agreements,…), work with all internal and external parties to finish issuance.

2. Work with interbank and market for pricing and market demand, finding investors;

3. Manage post-issuance for bond/CD, support back office for deal settlement and periodic information disclosure;

Reporting

Periodical internal reports (weekly, monthly securities evaluation), external report to SBV, VSDC, HNX upon request.

• Experienced dealer in securities investment, securities evaluation (Gov-bond, Financial Institutions Bond/CD);

• Experienced in securities issuance (Bond/CD), updated laws and regulations (Decree 65, Circular 76, bond registration at VSDC, bond transaction at HNX);

• Work carefully, teamwork & responsibility, supporting for other desks of dealing room if needed;

• Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint), formulas for bond evaluation.

• Good written/spoken English.
