Position Summary:
The Trade Activation Supervisor will oversee the planning and execution of trade activation activities to promote and sell the company's products at key points of sale, wet markets, and potential areas. This role involves close coordination with the Sales Supervisors and field teams to ensure effective implementation and results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Activation Planning and Execution:
o Develop and implement trade activation plans at sales points, markets, and target areas to promote and sell company products.
o Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of trade activation programs.
2. Recruitment and Training:
o Recruit and train part-time sales collaborators for specific areas to support trade activation activities.
o Provide guidance and performance monitoring to ensure effective operations.
3. Collaboration with Sales Supervisors:
o Work closely with Sales Supervisors in assigned areas to achieve activation goals and enhance sales outcomes.
o Ensure alignment between trade activation efforts and sales team strategies.
4. Market Information and Analysis:
o Collect, report, and analyze market data, including competitor activities, customer needs, and sales opportunities in assigned regions.
o Provide actionable insights to improve trade activation effectiveness and market penetration.
5. Promotions and Display Monitoring:
o Oversee the implementation of promotions, product displays, and other trade marketing activities led by the sales team.
o Evaluate the impact of these programs and recommend improvements.
6. Field Trade Marketing Support:
o Support and execute other field trade marketing initiatives as assigned by the management.
o Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and company policies during all trade activation activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales activation, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage part-time collaborators.
• Proficient in market analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or related industries.
• Familiarity with field trade marketing tools and techniques.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
