Trade And Loan Operations Team Head

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Section Head in supervising the implementation of the internal control of the branch's operations in order to comply with the regulations of Taiwan and Vietnam competent authority.

• Review team members’ work performance to ensure well quality and accuracy of transactions.

• Implement the management and training for team members to increase work efficiency and professional ability in accordance with internal and external regulations.

• Response for client’s or BU’s enquiry of operation process appropriately.

• Monitor the working process to provide and execute according enhancement plan.

1. Professional Requirement:

• Familiar with internal and external regulations in Taiwan and Vietnam.

• Possess working experience in credit admin, loan related transaction, etc.

• Ability to perform multi-tasks and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Team Management and leading capacity.

2. Education:

• University, commerce or business related majors are preferred.

3. Work Experience:

• 8 years working experience in credit admin, loan related transaction, import & export scope

• 3 years team leading experience (at least 8 team members)

• Working experience in import & export scope is a plus.

4. Language skill:

• English (Intermediate)

• Mandarin (Intermediate) is a plus.
