Trade & Loan Operations Checker

* Purpose

Instruct team members to follow SOP and regulations to control the operation process and maintain the accuracy and quality of transactions and reduce operation risks.

* Main tasks

Assist Trade & Loan Operations Team Head/ OP Head to

• Supervise the implementation of the internal control of the branch's operations in order to comply with the regulations of Taiwan and Vietnam competent authority.

• Review team members’ work performance to ensure well quality and accuracy of transactions.

• Implement the management and training for team members to increase work efficiency and professional ability in accordance with internal and external regulations.

• Response for client’s or BU’s enquiry of operation process appropriately.

• Internal control of operation process

• Well quality and accuracy of transactions and reports

• Achievement of required training, number of customer complaints

• Audit findings of scope of work

* Professional requirement

• Familiar with the internal and external regulations and operating procedures.

• Possess working experience in credit admin, trade finance, accounting, etc. and capacity of management.

• Personnel management, training, and work efficiency requirements.

* Most challenging and difficult parts

• Communicate and coordinate with BU when there is inconsistency between OP and BU.

• Properly judge the degree of risk and reply to customer need and complaints

* Requirements

- Education: University, commerce or business related majors are preferred.

- Work experience

• More than 5 years banking experience in credit administration is preferred.

• Trade finance (import & export) experience is a plus but not a must.

- Language skill

• Intermediate English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

• Basic Mandarin listening and speaking skills is a plus but not a must.

- Certificate: Credit admin and internal control certificate is preferred.
