*** What you will be doing?
In this role, you will design and develop our future Point-of-Sales strategy with a digital focus on our in-home and out-of-home marketing activities. In the daily, you will be working closely with our Customer Marketing Manager in preparing trade promotion plans with our main customers within both retail and e-com.
Further tasks that we want you to master:
• Creative idea creation based on the sales and media plans.
• Developing in-store promotions/execution plans and events.
• Evaluate in-store promotions executed by the Field Sales team.
• Support the Field Sales teams.
• Budget management.
• Develop, supervise, and improve processes to link the marketing activities with the sales activities.

• Good insight in consumer and shopper behaviour
• It is a requirement that you have good communication skills in English – both written and oral
