About the role
In light of the rapidly growing consumer demand for T&G's apples in Vietnam, we are seeking a talented and driven Trade Marketing Executive to help us elevate our brand, strengthen our retail impact, and drive demand through strategic activations and omnichannel campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and deliver in-store promotions, sampling, and POS campaigns.
Connect online and offline initiatives to drive omnichannel engagement.
Collaborate with retailers and distributors to execute trade marketing initiatives.
Support packaging development and new product launches.
Conduct market visits and research to keep updated on consumer trends and competitor activity.
Analyse campaign and sales performance, providing insights to optimise future trade marketing initiatives.
Manage budgets and track ROI on trade marketing activity.
Ensure alignment with global brand standards across all consumer touchpoints.
Yêu cầu công việc
About you
5+ years of trade or shopper marketing experience in the FMCG sector.
Proven experience executing in-store promotions and driving retail engagement.
A data-informed approach with a hands-on working style.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within a cross-functional, global team.
Business-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
