Trade Marketing Executive

- Manage key account’s visibility including stores’ permanent merchandising & promotional events.

- Initiate & lead programing & campaign developing for each customer, to drive sales & enhance brand’s visibility, and to ensure the customer needs are integrated with our go-to-market strategy.

- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders (designers, customers, vendors, etc.) to provide needed materials for brands permanent merchandising or seasonal campaigns.

- Assist in the development and execution of other trade marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities that align with the Brand’s business objectives.

- Provide marketing materials, training, and support to trade partners or our PG staffs to facilitate sales efforts and product promotion.

- Collect and analyze sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Evaluate and assess sales performance promotional moments; proactively identify areas for optimization.

- Assist in trade and marketing accruals and budget forecasting.

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.

2. At least 2 years experience working in Trade Marketing position (Beauty industry). Having experience working with beauty chains (Hasaki, Watson, Guardian,..) is a plus.

3. Strong communication & negotiation skills.

4. Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.

5. Fluent in English or Chinese.
