Mô Tả Công Việc
- Support the implementation of trade marketing plans for relevant channels and product categories to achieve defined business objectives
- Conduct basic/desk research and systematically compile market data for analysis (e.g. market trends, consumer behavior, competitor information, etc.)
- Compile and organize monthly actual trade spend and sales information for tracking and analysis purposes.
- Provide administrative support in tracking trade marketing accruals and expenses
- Implement trade marketing standardized processes, tools, administrative activities (including approvals), etc. for smooth execution of trade marketing activities
- Assist in executing and tracking progress of above the line marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities, including in-store promotional initiatives
- Gather feedback from various sources on trade marketing plans effectiveness
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in the execution of trade marketing initiatives to ensure holistic integration of efforts to meet customers' needs
- Work closely with clients and vendors to ensure execution of trade marketing plans (e.g. merchandising/planogram, trade promotions, in-store execution, etc.)

- Demonstrate strong client management skills
- Proven senior level of relationship building
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good at data analysis by using Excel or related tools (a must)
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

Education:
