- Work with Corporate Office (CO) marketing to align, input for trade marketing plans & activities
- Align with Sales region to align for trade marketing plans& activities
- Track, monitor, report performance of trade marketing plans/activities in his/her region
- Keep tracking & analyze competition and propose action plan in his/her region
- Weekly report on trade marketing activates to CO marketing team
* Budget management:
- Control marketing budget spending as plan
- Track, monitor, report marketing budget spending
- Give input to CO marketing on design of PicOS
- Align with Sales region & request CO Marketing for POS production & delivery to distributor
- Support Market Execution in term of PicOs deployment
- Analyze, report progress of PicOS deployment in his/her region
* Market Intelligent:
- Monthly region analysis & competition report and propose action plan.
- Ad-hoc market report, analysis.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics is minimum. MBA is preferable
- At least 5 years’ experience in Sales, Trade Marketing or Commercial, FMCG experience is preferable.
