Trade Marketing Manager

Job Purpose

To lead the planning and execution of trade marketing strategies and campaigns across the dealer network to maximize retail sales performance, enhance brand visibility, and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing campaigns and programs.

• Oversee the development of POSM, dealer incentives, and promotional activities.

• Collaborate with Sales and Brand Marketing teams to drive in-store excellence.

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales performance.

• Manage relationships with BTL agencies and dealers.

• Track ROI and effectiveness of trade marketing activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent (MBA is a plus).

• 10 years’ experience in Trade Marketing or related fields in automotive (at least 2 years in management role)

• Strong project and stakeholder management.

• Analytical thinking and market insight.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Result-oriented and proactive in execution.

• Proficient in trade marketing tools.

• Experience working with dealer networks.

• Familiar with Vietnam retail environment.

• Knowledge of digital trade marketing is a plus.
