The Trade Marketing Manager will develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales within the FMCG industry. This role requires expertise in sales and marketing to successfully support the distribution and promotion of products in Hanoi.
Description
* Lead and manage the Trade Marketing department, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Act as the main point of contact for coordination with other departments.
* Develop and implement channel strategies for distribution.
* Design and execute pricing and promotional strategies.
* Plan and oversee trade activation campaigns.
* Develop and manage visibility and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) strategies.
* Conduct demand forecasting in line with the S&OP process.
* Coordinate trade launches for new products.
* Manage or co-manage key commercial projects.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the Commercial Director.
Profile
Education & Knowledge:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics or Marketing.
* In-depth knowledge of Trade Marketing in FMCG companies.
* Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
Skills:
* Strong analytical and market research skills.
* Strategic planning and execution of Trade Marketing activities.
* Project management and negotiation skills.
* People management, coaching, and training capabilities.
* Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Basic English communication skills.
* Experience in FMCG is a plus.
* Willingness to travel for business.
Personal Attributes:
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and dedicated.
* Open-minded and supportive.
* Able to work effectively under pressure.
