Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance.
Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
Recommend & move forward to optimal transport modes, routes or frequency
Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, delivery locations and transport costs.
Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities. Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.
Keep track of slow moving, returned items, left-over items, and period obsolete stock.
Together with cross-functions to develop one POSM Delivery APP.
Deploy & manage the POSM Delivery APP to all Stakeholders.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Prior experience 2-3 years of working in logistics/supply chain/transportation function within the automotive or manufacturing environment with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures
Ability to analyze and manipulate technical and complex data and provide meaningful information.
Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous.
Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
Must have a high level of integrity, reliable, and trustworthy.
Energetic and ensures that deadlines or delivery dates are followed.
Should have great communication skills, both orally and in writing
