Trade Marketing Supervisor

Merchandising: • Manage and guarantee that all in-store merchandising and other activities are in line with the marketing plan and customer insight • For special promotions, displays, and events, coordinate with marketing (and sales). Create and arrange production materials and in-store displays in the appropriate. • Establish a positive relationship with store managers to build a long-term cooperation that supports business success. • Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Demo & Merchandising) and external stakeholders (Customers) to make sure perfect execution Demo activities: • Manage agency and demo team how to reach maximize sales out volume in each activity • Co-ordinate with South/ North team demo Other tasks if assigned

• College/ University Degree • 2-3 years working experience in leading PG Team, Merchandising, Demo • Experience in Electronics/ Home Appliances is a plus • Result Orientation • Good customer service mindset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • People management skills, get-things-done attitude • Passionate & able to work under high pressure
