- Perform trade data entry in the system to have updated information
- Prepare, process & manage a variety of trade documents
- Prepare reports as needed related to the trade in order to have information for trade activities
- Elaborate any paper work required in order to formalize the commercial contracts with suppliers and clients
- Perform a range of support tasks to assist the region's related depts.
- Administer and Provide trade data/information when required

- Handle some client management duties including routine communications and status updates.
- Review and analyze related trade reports to ensure the position is accurate and timely updated
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree in Foreign trade or International businesses
- At least two- year experience in the same or similar position
- Good knowledge in trade administration management
***Skills & Characteristics:
- English is a must
- Be detailed oriented
- Be willing to travel and work late if required
