Trading Partner Analyst (Business Analysis/ ERP Consultant)

As a Trading Partner Analyst, you will:

• KRA 1: Set up clients with trading partners (EDI)

o Configure setup, partner relations, cross references, etc.

o Perform testing with trading partners and customers

o Provide the mapping team with the analysis required to build a new map or modify an existing one for client and trading partner-facing documents

o Work with the mapping team to ensure the completion of mapping requests.

o Participate in problem-solving activities; escalate to relevant teams.

o Report to the team management as well as involved project coordinators

o Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure the target go-live date for the customer is met.

o Work closely with the Project Manager or Implementer to align on progress.

• KRA 2: Analyze and document trading partner requirements

• Major in IT, Business, English, Language Arts, or Economics. Degrees in other disciplines will be considered

• Proficient in English; Must be personable and confident in communication via telephone, and well-written professionally via email

• Business Process Analysis/gap analysis and Research skills are highly preferred

• Detail-oriented skills whilst carrying out the task at hand thoroughly

• Sense of Urgency

• The ability to explain complicated-seeming concepts in plain language

• Having a business process and/or supply chain knowledge is a plus

• Salary: 10 triệu - 16 triệu

• Working Time: 40 hours/week. 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday
