Trainee Lawyer recruitment at Shin & Kim (Vietnam) Limited Liability Law Company.

Working location: Unit 910 - 911, 9th Floor, Diamond Plaza Building, 34 Le Duan Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Assisting lawyers

• Carrying out legal research and reporting to supervisors

• Drafting articles or legal updates for clients, newspapers, or the firm’s publications

• Preparing advice on legal issues

• Drafting application dossiers, petitions, or other types of legal papers

• Liaising and working with clients, stale authorities

• Other legal works as assigned by senior lawyers based on workload and capacity

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Law (or Legal English Faculty of Law Schools)

• Efficient English communication and writing skills (IELTS or TOEFL is preferred)

• Priority will be given to candidate that has completed Lawyer’s training course at Judicial Academy.

Experience:

• Around 02 years or more of working experience for an international or prestigious local law firm is preferred

• Strong verbal and written skills in Vietnamese and Legal English

• Ability to carry out legal research independently and work in team
