Mô Tả Công Việc
- Make survey or check actual situation to understand training needs for tenant staff in Shopping Mall
- Assist supervisor to make yearly training plan and budget
- Set up and implement training courses (company basic training, customer service skills, sales skill, communication skill...) for tenant staff in Shopping Mall
- Develop training materials to make the training more attractive, amend and revise programs as necessary in order to adapt to actual situation or changes
- Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of training courses
* Admin tasks:
- Manage all equipment in the office to ensure smooth operation
- Prepare and control RFA, RFC, payments, working card for tenant staff and monthly duty roster
- Supervision tasks: Shopping mall Tenant coordination, information collecting, filling document as category, Medical room, penalty charge, etc.
- Control Event activities: prepare for Press Conference, Tenant Briefings, Cleaning Day, Opening Ceremony, etc.
- Daily handle requests from tenants in AEON Mall Ha Dong
- Patrol around the Mall at least 3 times per day
- Control data regarding: customer bus, customer bike/car, Medical room, Tenant staff, printer record, Lost & Found...
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Have at least 5 working experience in training and admin fields
Be fluent in English and Vietnamese
Good at leadership, time management and presentation skill
Be willing to work by shift
