- Design, develop and consult on training procedure such as template, spreadsheet …
- Analyze training needs, develop and implement talent development strategies and programs that aligns to current and future capability needs of the business;
- Participate in creating, organizing and implementing training and development programs including employee-oriented programs, personal training programs to improve employee skills
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and improve them
- Work with vendors to choose the most effective training program
- Prepare training budgets and keep expenses stay within budget
- Review training materials from a variety of vendors and select materials with appropriate content
* Developing employees & Talent Management:
- Review Organization chart, Job descriptions, design Organization chart for new projects
- Implement Talent Management Processes that enable employees and leaders to understand and use these to manage their careers and their team’s careers as appropriate
- Plan regular employee performance reviews and feeding back to the business
- Collaborate with HOD to set up KPIs and implement performance review of each position in every 6 months
- Carry out coaching session & work with head of T&D to develop career plan
- Design and develop effective innovative talent management strategies and programs to identify skills gaps and to improve the bench strength of leadership talent
- Manage employees' performance, review Talents, key performers, potential list submitted by Head, Manager to consult proper placement and promotion
- Manage, administer, supervise, assign work to employees belonging to Training & Development Section
- Participating in the labor discipline process, claiming compensation for damage according to the authorization, sequence and procedures specified in the Company Labor Rule.

. Graduated from University with major in Business Administration, Human Resource Management/Economic
* Experience:
. At least 3 years of working experiences at the same position.
. Experience in working in logistics field company or Japanese company is referable.
* Skills:
. Guiding and coaching skill
. Good command of English
. Analytical & integrating
. Good presentation skill
. Good MS office skill
