As a Training and Development Specialist, you’ll drive learning and talent development while coordinating our KPIs and performance cycles. This role partners closely with leaders, managers and directors to build capabilities, run periodical reviews, and turn insights into targeted learning plans that lift team outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
1) KPIs/ Performance Coordination
• Performance review operations: prepare timelines, trackers, templates, and comms for mid-year/year-end reviews; consolidate self/manager feedback; ensure timely completion and data quality.
• Performance Improvement Plan, Promotion Review Plan: Coordinate, follow up and track the progress and results, update to relevant stakeholders.
• Calibration support: prep calibration packs (rating distributions, evidence snapshots, achievements vs. KPIs), facilitate sessions, capture decisions, and update final records.
• KPIs process: onboarding new managers to the KPIs framework, quarterly/half-year alignment, and close-out reviews.
2) Learning & Development Programs
• Needs analysis: partner with leaders to identify capability gaps (technical/soft skills), review outcomes.
• Carry out training programs: Including internal training and external training courses.
• Communities of practice: promote peer learning, mentoring, and internal showcases.
3) Data & Reporting
• Metrics: report on training development completion rates, monthly/quarterly KPIs compilation, feedback scores, skills progress, and post-training outcomes for individuals and teams.
• Process improvement: continuously streamline review/L&D workflows, templates, and comms.
4) Stakeholder Management
• Partner with other HR specialists policy alignment.
• Work with Leads/Managers/Directors to implement learning programs & performance reviews.
• Liaise with vendors for specialized training; manage quality, contracts, and budgets.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 3+ years in Learning and Development/ HR, with hands-on exposure to performance cycles and goal management.
• Familiar with IT functions (e.g., software development, BA, Devs, product management) and their learning needs.
• Strong facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with learning platforms (e.g., Coursera, Udemy, Pluralsight…)
• Comfort with data (Google Sheets) and building simple dashboards.
• Clear written & verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
