Mô Tả Công Việc
• Design, delivery training program and evaluate knowledge & ability after training with suitable methods to improve employees’ skills and knowledge to meet the requirements.
• Analyzing key metrics around training deployment, learner engagement, training feedback, quality of delivery, competency levels, knowledge retention behavior changes and efficacy of training programs on sales productivity.
• Keeping abreast of market trends, new training tools / platforms and best practices to continuously improve training solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments in implementing internal training projects/ program.
• Perform training administration in accordance to organization requirements.
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Good at English communication: oral, written and translation.
• Master various Sales and Customer Serivce training techniques (e.g. game, case studies, and role playing and group activities, online training, on-the-job training).
• Previous experience in luxury goods is preferred.
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related training design tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Keen on learning new knowledge and skills.
• Ability to motivate and excite employees.
