Training Manager

1. Training Strategy & Programs

- Build training frameworks and competency development plans aligned with business objectives.

- Design and update training materials and standard procedures (operations, customer service, compliance, management).

- Develop training roadmaps for each position, from new hires to managerial levels.

2. Training Implementation

- Deliver and manage onboarding, functional, soft skills, and leadership training programs.

- Ensure consistency and quality of training across the organization.

- Apply e-learning and modern training methodologies.

3. Evaluation & Improvement

- Establish criteria and tools to measure training effectiveness (KPI/ROI).

- Conduct post-training evaluations and continuously improve programs.

- Collaborate with departments to identify skill gaps and propose training solutions.

4. Team Management & Collaboration

- Develop and manage the internal trainer network.

- Work closely with Operations, HR, and Business units to ensure training aligns with practical needs.

- Coordinate with external training vendors when necessary.

5. Compliance & Culture

- Ensure all training programs comply with legal requirements and internal policies.

- Foster a learning and continuous development culture across the company.

- Contribute to career path development and succession planning.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in Training & Development, must have experience in Retail or F&B industry.

- Strong background in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in both Vietnamese & English.

- Practical experience in setting up and managing E-learning platforms.

- Strong ability to analyze training needs, build training systems, and manage a training team.

- Open to travel nationwide to branches and stores.
