Training Manager, Pharmaceuticals
Job description
The Training manager enhances commercial team productivity by identifying company-wide training needs and implementing effective educational methods to improve performance.
Description
Directly report to Head of Department and work as individual contributor, your main scope of work includes:
* Identify and address team training needs to maximize effectiveness.
* Develop annual training plan and materials for Field Force based on business objectives and opportunities.
* Assess Field Force strengths and weaknesses, define training needs, and ensure alignment with core competencies and goals.
* Implement training programs and act as a trainer/facilitator when necessary.
* Track post-training improvements and evaluate training impact on performance.
* Provide industry-based consultancy to enhance commercial effectiveness and recommend improvements
* Manage regional CRM administration and support sales budgeting and planning for the Field Force team.
* Enhance Sales Force Effectiveness by deploying the Commercial Excellence framework to capitalize on opportunities.
* Support Line manager in assigned tasks.
Profile
* University or higher Degree in Medical/ Pharmacy, MBA is strongly preferred.
* Exposure to similar training or sales/field force manager position in Pharmaceuticals industry
* Proficient in delivering professional and compelling presentations; effective verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
* Ability to clearly communicate brand objectives, messages, and tools, and ensure motivation within the sales force
* Proficiency in interacting with a global team
* Strong interpersonal skills, team player, attention to detail, commitment to data excellence, agility, and autonomy
* Passionate in talent development, people growth, teamwork
