Reports to: Head, Partnership Academy

Position Objective:
This core Consultant role needs to be an Inspiring leader role model to lead, support and responsible for performing follow up and follow through on skills transfer both the IO/IS and the Sales Managers to ensure skills transfer takes place post training BSEP, BMEP, VSEP, etc. This role also needs to implement RACI structure to help drive the SMs to conducts field coaching sessions in branches & SMs to manage the sales activity management. This single contributor also help to drive the delivery quality of the Coaches Delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Partnership & Collaboration between SD, PA & Banks
• Caring mentor – serves as a business acumen partner to IOIS, sales managers and regional heads to implements RACI and role model for coaching to support sales activities in the field
• Collaborative Challenger – challenge and provides constructive ideas to support skills transfer post training by going to branches to observe our IO/IS are applying the BSEP to drive financial advisory sales culture and inspecting our SMs if they are using BMEP Sales Activity Management by using iLEAD/ISF/TSF.
• Showing leadership on the job by following up and follow through on the Coaches Delivery skills & content knowledge of our core programmes (BSEP, BMEP, ASEP, VSEP, etc), ensuring new way of facilitation & high engagement level takes place
• Using Data Analytics to analyze the active ratio and productivity numbers to ensure ROI for our learning delivery.
• Set and define the Quality Standards to enhance the quality of training & learning activities takes place in classroom.
• Responsible for the PA Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ensure PA SOP complies with Legal & Compliance Guidelines
• Main point of contact for all Audit and Legal points related to Training issues/matters
• Analyze Data (Feedback Form, Joint Field Work Observation sheets) post programme delivery to ensure that quality training is provided to sales team/partners
Financial Measures:
• Target of Volume of New Business (VONB) and Annualized Premium (ANP);
• Productivity, Active Ratio, Product Adoption Rate
Non-Financial Measures
• Ensure post training and skills transfer, culture, etc takes place in sales field
• Training activities conducted as per plan
• Compliance with company’s and MOF’s regulations; Partnership Academy’s KPIs.
Internal (40%):
• contact with Legal, Audit, BLANC Team (Sales & PBM) and PA team (Management, Delivery & Innovation team) to ensure that the training courses are executed smoothly as planned,
• helping/coaching IO/IS to ensure skills transfer takes place post training in sales field,
• inspecting SMs applying Sales Activity Management within the sales teams
• contact point with internal Legal & Compliance Team and Audit
External (60%)
• Working with Branch Managers & sales managers to drive post training skills & knowledge transfer in the field.
• Accountable and support post training sales activity management at branches to achieve results

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: University Degree from reputable University locally or overseas.
• Experience 2-3 years of experience in insurance or financial industry sales, out of which at least 1-2 year in front line sales
• Prior experience in sales training program design is an advantage
• Good Analytical Skills and detailed-oriented
• Strong in Communication and role model for motivational skills to call for action
• Passionate, innovative thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Willing to coach others and a people developer
• Business acumen, integrity, can-do attitude and a good team player
• Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese
