- Identifying training needs
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials.
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
- Evaluate and manage training results
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
o Graduated from Universities majoring in Human Resource Management, Economics, Law, Society, Business Administration,…
o At least 2 years working experience on Training field (Prefer to work at bank)
o Understanding training work, training process in business
o Proficient use of office computing (Excel, word, power point)
o Good at communication, presentation skill.
o Able to work independently and teamwork.
