2. Develop and deliver sales strategy and secure strategic internal support to identify and satisfy customer needs and to achieve revenue and asset growth/asset quality targets.
3. Design/develop international transactional banking workflow and develop the existing products such as launch the new product like LG/LC, Remittance, Trade finance for AEC countries and improve the operational process of international trade product.
4. Close contact with clients to identify potential opportunities and provide products/services to satisfy client requirements.
5. Execute pipeline deals which generate the appropriate financial return.
6. Undertake call and care visits under the structured/ agreed plan with RMs where appropriate.
7. Engage with clients for on-boarding related documents, account/channel maintenance.
8. Collaborate with all product partners and other channels and increase market utilization of transactional banking solutions and services.
2. 2-3 years working experience in sales and relationship management in banking industry.
3. Self-motivated and willingness to work across different cultures.
4. Well understanding of Transactional Banking Products.
5. Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
6. Strong communication and management skills.
