We are looking for Transaction Managers who are good at investment analysis, understand various risks involved in developing rooftop solar projects, and know how to conduct the internal investment approval process. This position takes daily responsibility for providing price offers to C&I customers in time, following up with channel partners with responsiveness, navigating the internal processes to submit offers and PPA for approvals, and collaborating with the operations team to solve problems arising from quotation stage to COD date. One of the key KPIs is the amount of capacity of RTS projects to be approved.
Detail duties:
o Follow up with channel partners to provide quotations for C&I customers
o Run financial models to identify the best options for each offer
o Manage PPA, NDA, MOU approval process and analyse their financial and operational implications
o Draft project summaries, investment memos
o Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, and settlements of disputes or issues with customers
o Analyse legal risk, propose findings and recommendations
o Ensure that the amount of capacity of RTS projects to be approved is achieved.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
o At least 5 years of experience in investment banking, investment fund, financial advisory services
o Preference is given to those who have solar power experience
o Strong analytical skills with sharp commercial and financial acumen. Good grasp or experience with corporate finance metrices and financial modelling would be preferred
o Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-moving environment
o Self-motivated, driven, resourceful and results-oriented
o Good proficiency in spoken and written English.
