Transfer Pricing Senior Manager - Hanoi Office

Transfer Pricing Practice:

• Manage & support the Transfer Pricing Team in Hanoi Office to complete the on-going TP engagements to be assigned by Partner from time to time;

• Develop a training program for the TP teams in Hanoi;

• Provide periodically technical updates and training on international TP practices and local regulations;

• Develop the TP Team in Hanoi in personnel, technical ability, developing standard procedures for TP engagements.

Business Development for TP practice:

• Demonstrates an understanding of the firm's products, services and capabilities specifically on TP Practice and takes an active role in cross selling;

• Builds an understanding of the potential for selling into clients;

• Seeks to participate in business development activities and contributes to sales pitches, for own team as well as the wider firm;

• Builds a rapport with the individual client and develops a clear and detailed understanding of the business and client expectations;

• Meets clients’ demands, keeping them up to date with progress and engenders trust and respect.

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in accounting, tax, law or corporate finance;

• Be familiar with Vietnam’s transfer pricing regulations, APA, OECD guidelines and BEPS.

• Minimum of 8 year working experience in transfer pricing work;

• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing;

• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

• Good project management, teamwork, interpersonal and communications skill;

• Holding VTCA, CPA, ACCA, CPAA, ICAEW, TP Certificates will be a plus.
