- Support, implement business plans to subsidiaries to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with teams in the company and other departments of the Corporation Head Office to achieve assigned objectives.
- Coordinate, follow up and take lead (when assigned) of sales projects including scheduling, taking notes, interpreting, translating (English and Vietnamese) and admin work.
- Support Director in following up the manpower management tasks such as recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotions, etc.
- Develop positive working relationship with support and operations team to ensure proper operational support.
- Perform other tasks assigned from Director.

- Related experience in FMCG industry
- Related experience in beer and/or beverage (preferred)
- Able to write work related documents and manage paperwork files
- Project management and coordination skills
- Interpersonal skills with all levels of stakeholders
- English interpreting, translation skills
- Good office computer skills, familiar with industry software applications.
- Steady in demeanor. Able to project oneself in a confident manner to inspire trust and belief
- Energetic, proactive, responsible, resourceful, and resilient.
- Can work independently, as a team-player and under high pressures.
- Regular business travel and evening market visits required.
- Can relocate to work permanently in Vinh Long (for candidates living in other places and or HCMC).
