Transportation Capacity Planner

Based on departmental targets, fully coordinate all parks and processes within the assigned region, serving as the primary responsible person for transportation costs, efficiency, quality, and safety in the internal distribution operations of the region.

1.Implementation of Management Standards:

Enforce departmental management policies and execute operational plans, including transportation capacity planning, cargo distribution planning, and equipment allocation planning.

2.Process Control & Corrective Actions:

Oversee on-site transportation processes, implement real-time monitoring and early warning mechanisms, and conduct regular inspections to improve transportation quality.

3.Problem Identification & Resolution:

Proactively identify bottlenecks and pain points in transportation operations and collaborate with upstream/downstream teams to resolve issues promptly.

4.Team Development & Training:

Lead training and development for regional team members, continuously improving team competency and performance.

1.Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

2.Experience:

1–5 years in logistics planning, vehicle dispatching, or related roles.

Hands-on experience in on-site management and team leadership; prior experience in large-scale logistics/transportation companies is a plus.

3.Knowledge & Skills:

Proficient in warehousing/logistics operations, familiar with logistics management standards and workflows.

Expertise in transportation dispatching methods and tools (e.g., WMS, TMS).

4.Competencies:

Strong communication, coordination, and planning skills.

Excellent negotiation (suppliers/vendors), problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

Fluent in Chinese communicaiton.
