Mô Tả Công Việc
• Cost Control – VLC - related to Transportation Cost: Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
• Competence Implement MCL list, check the quality of the SOP; ensure logistics operation compliance with the requirements of logistics quality manual; focus and analysis potential quality problems for root cause analysis, and develop solutions
• Implement monthly 5S audit, use MCL and effective meeting action log for corrective 5S issue base on SLA and RACI, timely completion of various
• Cooperate amongst regions/ departments/ distribution ship to ensure the best planning and logistics activities
• To report transportation KPI
• To ensure Safety in transportation
• Implement and tracking excecution of DPO/LCP in logistic operation
• Reporting:
- In case of any problems, it’s required to promptly report to Line Manager for immediate action
- Make reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
• According to ABI’s human resource management policy, make the training plans and track implementation of them; make the performance management process, and ensure the process can be fairly and justly implemented; regularly communicate with the personnel.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University degree - Manufacturing industry
• Have a knowledge of transportation (local/export/import) or warehousing
• Experience on cost control is more perferable
• Conversant in English - Proficient skills in MS Office
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good planning and organization capability and execution, good coordination skills
• Good sense of responsibility and innovation, and can deal with work pressure
*Working location: VSIP 2 Industry Park, Binh Duong
• Have a knowledge of transportation (local/export/import) or warehousing
