TRAVEL PLANNER AND CUSTOMER CARE (selected Asean Countries)
(that is very similar job to sales in travel agency but not the same)
1) we do contact clients who wish to travel with us (FIT/GIT/TO/MICE)
2) we prepare programs/offers for our tourists/clients (1D, short tours, long tours, special tours, etc)
3) we keep good and permanent contact. We do chat with them, email and talk (if they can speak English or the language we speak). Language barrier? - we do use advanced AI CHATS to communicate
4) we recognize tourists/clients needs, expectations, budget and offer them best holidays and best tours we can
5) we follow suppliers, prices, locations as well as local and global trends in tourism.
6) our mission is to plan best offer for our tourists/clients and best performance with 100% satisfaction from tour
7) we do search for new clients online and offline (new clients)
8) we prepare quotations in XLS, work with OFFICE 365 and CRM technologies. Prepare offers in DOC/PDF and PPT
9) we DO NOT ONLY PLAN and SALE OFFERS. We do follow our clients/toursits during their tour. We follow them ONLINE - on distance only. But we always know where they are and what they do. If they need help, we know how to give a hand in any location any time
10) we offer tourists/clients CUSTOMER CARE during tour and after tour is completed
10A) we realize our tasks with local agents (TO/TA), tour guides, fixers, drivers.
11) we care about company, work with positive mood being honest to our colleagues
12) our company is quite international and we work hand in hand with all our colleagues in spirit of being equal
13) support social medias and prepare information and promotions about tourism in our destination
14) working mostly indoor wtih possibility of travelling
15) for this position we propose income being mix of stable amount (minor income) and bonus (major income)
16) perform and follow up dedicated FB profile

We are looking expat from ASEAN COUNTRIES such as: Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia. Experience in travel industy is an advantage.
In the moment, we dont work with Indonesian and Philippines markets - we apologize but not looking expats who are representing these markets.
Education: BA or higher / can be in progress
Inbound Sales Management: Handle inquiries from foreign inbound tourists (primarily via email and phone) to design and sell custom tour packages + follow up tour and make closing customer care,
Tour Program Development: Create well-structured, high-quality travel itineraries tailored to client needs, ensuring a balance of cultural, historical, and natural experiences. Understand about short and long tour. Understand and has knowledge about destinations,
Client Communication: Effectively communicate with international clients, especially from Central Europe, using English and main language. Occasionally, communication will involve using AI tools for languages like Polish and Czech, etc.
Cost Calculations: Accurately calculate and present cost proposals for tour packages, including transportation, accommodations, meals, and activities, etc
Tour Coordination: Collaborate with local suppliers, guides, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Follow-up: Maintain consistent follow-up with clients from inquiry to post-tour feedback to build long-term relationships.
Sales Targets: Meet monthly sales quotas by converting leads into successful bookings.
Problem Solving: Handle any issues or concerns raised by clients with professionalism and prompt action. All problems must be solved in real time (24/7).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and travel planning, preferably in inbound tourism (Vietnam/ASEAN).
Tourism Knowledge: Strong knowledge of popular tourist destinations, activities, and logistics in the region.
English Proficiency : Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, detailed, and concise program descriptions.
European Markets: Familiarity with European, Central European tourists (Polish, Czech, etc.) is a plus.
AI Tools: Experience using AI-powered translation tools or chatbots for communicating with clients in other languages.
Customer Care Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and converting leads into bookings. WE DONT WANT SOMEONE WHO SALE AND FORGET. We look for people who can make planning, sale and care about service to the last moment.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing cost estimates, checking itineraries, and ensuring all program details are carefully considered.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using, email, Office 365, cloud storages, chat apps, and travel booking platforms or CRM is a plus.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Cooperation with colleagues in international team. We believe in equality of people and mutual respect. No one is better or more important due to nationality, religion, gender or age.
