Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) - the most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam. We are looking for Treasury Supervisor as below:
- Assist the Manager in arranging funding sources to meet the Group’s daily funding needs in a timely manner;
- Assist the Manager to work with banks, finance institutions to arrange bank loans, to devise alternative solutions to finance operating needs and project investment. Specific jobs include negotiating loan terms, reviewing loan agreements and managing loans.
- Assist the Manager to work with banks and internal departments to arrange special programs to support sales.
- Support other internal departments in dealing with banks’ issues.
- Prepare reports and forecast on the Group’s financial conditions upon request;
- Collect and analyze financial market information.
- Back up for the Manager in daily operations of the department.
- Report to the Finance Manager and VP

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Real Estate/ Banking.
- Experience: 6-8 (Years)
- At least 05-year financial experience in big real estate firms and/ or foreign/big banks.
- Advanced command of English skill.
- Advanced user of Excel Project Cash-flow modelling.
- Ability to think independently and self-motivated.
