- Support the GD in daily tasks. - Represent the GD in welcoming guests, interpreting, and translating when required. - Receive and implement the GD's directives to departments. - Monitor and supervise the progress of tasks as instructed by the GD. - Report any arising issues and request instructions for resolution from the GD. - Act on behalf of the GD to make decisions within authority or in their absence. - Carry out other tasks as requested by superiors.

- Have at least 5 years of experience in assistant, managerial roles, or equivalent positions (experience in the garment industry is an advantage). - Fluent in English (4 skills: listening - speaking - reading - writing). - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word), proficient in internet usage and search tools. - Excellent communication, synthesis, and content delivery skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proactive, flexible, logical problem solver.Meticulous and detail-oriented in work.
