Trợ Lý Kinh Doanh - Sales Assistant

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at SUMCO COMPANY LIMITED. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in expanding business in the Vietnamese market, as well as handling goods delivery and document preparation for orders. The ideal candidate should have English communication skills and proficiency in office software applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collecting and researching information on the Vietnamese market.

• Develop and distribute marketing materials, execute social media campaigns, and promote company products/services.

• Assisting in the preparation and setup of exhibitions at Vietnamese trade shows annually.

• Arranging customer visit schedules, accompanying sales managers on visits, providing translation and documentation support, and following up on subsequent business matters.

• Handling goods delivery and document preparation for orders.

• Maintaining existing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, handling after-sales and spare parts orders, and maintaining and updating customer records.

• Undertaking other related tasks assigned by the sales manager.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Gender: Female.

• Age: 20 to 40 years old.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above.

• IT Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, with preference given to those with knowledge or application of relevant AI software.

• Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Experience: Possessing some knowledge of foreign trade, with preference given to those who have worked in related foreign trade business.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Location: Online / Work from home (occasional meetings at The EverRich, District 11, HCMC)

• Working Hours：This is a full-time position, working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00, Saturday 9:00-12:00, excluding national holidays.

• Salary: During the probation period of three months, the salary is 11tr VND per month after tax; upon confirmation, the salary ranges from 13tr to 15tr VND per month after tax. Double pay at the end of the year, with a 5% - 15% annual salary increase.

• Employees who have worked for at least one year will be eligible for a 13th-month salary bonus and an annual health check-up.
