1.Manage Trucking team activities
- Monitor volume, revenues, and cost against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the Trucking team.
- Monitor and manage Trucking team to ensure Trucking operations to be run smoothly.
- Prepare related reports
2. Manage, motivate and develop the Trucking Team Members
- Establish KPIs and cascade to members based on staffs’ competencies/ experience… and frequently performance reviews to have timely support to employees for goal achievement
- Manage and train Trucking team members
3. Build-up good relationship with existing & potential Customers. Negotiate agreements and resolve potential issues or problem with Customers
4. Maintain consistent & efficient organizational network.
- Liaise with functional or operational Managers to develop and implement organizational relations programs or activities that are appropriate for business needs.
- Closely co-operate with functional Managers for smoothly operating

- At least 5 years practical working experiences in a FWD/ airfreight/ sea freight/… & transport operation fields
- Strong communication skills
