Mô Tả Công Việc
Smath Link is a schooling program which connects with public primary & secondary schools in Hanoi to provide the English learning through Math & Science program. The Senior Teacher will be responsible to:
- Teach lessons (from 5 – 10 hours per week), including being a cover in case needed
- Assist teachers in their region to handle issues that arise, including difficulties with teaching, Teaching Assistants/ school relationships, facilities, resources
- Liaise frequently with academic management team to communicate issues and solve problems related to teachers or program
- Co-plan and deliver sharing sessions and workshops that help teachers develop specific competencies to improve their teaching
- Carry out academic operations, observations, and supervision of teaching activities as required
- Involve in developing digital platform of Smath Link program, including but not limited to: Brainstorm, draft, revise, liaise with other departments, etc.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Master of English language or Math in English
- English level equivalent to C1
- At least 5 years of practical teaching experience at primary or/and secondary schools
- Knowledge of international Math programs such as US common core standards for Math, Cambridge Primary or IGCSE Math, Singapore Math
- Knowledge and experience in innovative teaching methods
- English level equivalent to C1
