Work location: TOTO Vietnam Co., Ltd – Hanoi Branch, 2nd Floor, Tower 2, Capital Place Building, 29 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi
***Job description:
- Build short term and long term Product strategy/selling forecast by studying, analyzing the Products line up and competitor products/actions , market and customer behavior information;
- Evaluate product feasibility to sell in Vietnamese market and propose the idea of new product launching to meet the market demand;
- Manage the new product development/discontinued schedule with other teams;
- Forecasting the selling quantity and propose selling price for new product;
- Co-operate with other team to build and manage sales target for important products;
- Build the price strategy of the main products;
- Analyze sales data and make Sales report by region, product make report for product strategy;
- Process market research and customer survey to see market trend and customer demand;
- Update/Report the market information including macro and micro information, competitors and make periodic report;
- Other tasks that be assigned

Job requirements
***Requirements:
- Female/Male from 26 years old;
- University graduate or above with major in Business Administration, Economics or related majors;
- Minimum 2 years experiences of leading Product/ Sales Planning team;
- Having knowledge and experience of Product Planning at foreign company or big sized company/group is preferable;
- Good knowledge in construction field is an advantage;
- Language: Fluent in English (Japanese is an advantage);
- Excellent interpersonal, cooperation, organization and people management skills;
- Logical thinking skills, strategic thinking, problem solving skills;
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship building skills;
- Training, orientation, motivational skills, personnel & team development;
- Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick learning, dynamic, positive, open-minded and initiative action.
