Trưởng Nhóm Kinh Doanh Trang Thiết Bị Y Tế/Business Development Manager (Medical Devices)

• Manage the work of team members in the business group (ME/Medical device) to achieve growth targets and sales objectives.

• Guide, and train the sales team to enhance work efficiency and performance

• Developing a customer network, expanding distribution channels at hospitals and clinics for the product

• Organize customer surveys and research on the market situation and competitors. Data Analysis: Analyze data related to customers, sales processes, and business results to create sales plans and forecast revenue in subsequent periods.

• Budget Management: Calculate and manage the budget and costs necessary to support the business activities of the team

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, especially Marketing, Product Registration Affairs, and Accounting – Finance… to organize product-related workshops and events.

• Another works: make the weekly, monthly, yearly and business trip report.

• Age: from 33 - 45 years old

• Graduated from a university/ college with a major related to the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical-bioengineering fields. At least 4 years of experience in the position of Business Team Leader for diagnostic products, testing, IVDs... with customers being hospitals, specialized clinics, and general clinics...

• Proficient in English for reporting and communication with the Board of Directors.

• Office computer skills: Word/Excel/Power Point.
