- Develop machining processes for new products, provide designs and machining solutions.

- Control the quality of components, optimize existing machining processes to fully meet quality requirements.

- Manage, assign, and supervise tasks for the programming team.

- Take responsibility for the progress and quality of new products. Complete the handover process and transfer technology to production for mass manufacturing.

- Coordinate with departments to resolve production issues and customer requirements.

- Maintain teamwork and closely collaborate with colleagues and management on production progress and risk management.

- Research and regularly update new technologies to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

- Report to the CNC Production Manager.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Cutting, or related fields.

- Good communication skills in English is preferred.

Experience / Expertise:

- At least 2 years of experience in programming and 1 year in a team leader position.

- Strong programming knowledge and proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Inventor preferred).

- Deep understanding of machining methods and proficiency in measuring tools (CMM experience is an advantage).

- Knowledgeable in operating milling, turning, wire cutting machines, and tooling.

- Strong understanding of projections, geometric tolerances, and technical drawings.

- In-depth knowledge of cutting tools.

- Familiarity with problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, etc.

- Possess mid-level or higher management skills.
