Trưởng Phòng Pháp Chế (Legal Manager)

Mission:

The Legal Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all legal aspects of the company’s Industrial Park and Golf Course development projects in Vietnam. This position requires a seasoned legal professional with expertise in real estate, corporate law, and investment compliance.

Detailed job description:

1. Legal Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure all project activities comply with Vietnamese laws and regulations, including land acquisition, construction permits, and environmental regulations.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to the projects.

- Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and government agencies to secure necessary approvals and permits.

2.Regulatory Advisory:

- Provide legal advice to the management team on compliance matters, investment laws, and any changes in relevant legislation.

- Support the company in addressing legal risks associated with the Industrial Park and Golf Course projects.

3. Dispute Resolution:

- Manage disputes, claims, and litigation related to project operations or contract execution.

- Represent the company in negotiations, arbitrations, or court proceedings as needed.

4. Corporate Governance:

- Ensure the company adheres to corporate governance requirements and maintains proper legal documentation.

- Support in establishing and maintaining the company’s legal policies and procedures.

5.Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as the point of contact for all legal matters with local authorities, investors, and contractors.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

REQUEST:

'- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law, with a focus on Corporate, Real Estate, hospital or Investment Law.

- Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in FDI or hospital, large-scale real estate development projects in Vietnam.

- Prefer working experience as a corporate lawyer/in-house counsel or law firm

- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese laws related to investment, land, construction, and environment.

- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Korean is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal priorities simultaneously.
