*Supporting the correct operational setting for the campaign execution for the operational teams:
- Alignment and translation of the campaign settings into the Worklist (WL) creation
- Design and correction of autodialer settings: Treatments, Agent Routing Criteria, Callback limitations, Optimization Criteria (Busy factor, Average Waiting Time, Abandon Rate)
- Checking reports and adjusting the operations with respect to identified trends
- Guiding Reporting and Analysis Specialist through analyses and requesting specific investigations (e.g. contactability assessment of particular segment, worklist cross checking with AD log files, etc.)
- Supporting the monitoring of all X-Sell Call Center operations and tracking the campaign efficiency, as well as execution productivity
- Support Campaign Management Specialist with reports and ad hoc analyses.
- Perform other duties required by Line Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Graduate, major: Information Technology or relating area
- At least 04 years’ experiences working in sales management position, database plan processing and administration, preferably working as telesales for banking or financial institution.
- Deep understanding of database/ campaign management.
- Strong oral & verbal communication skill
- Interpersonal, customer focused & goal driven Leadership skills
- Analytical skill
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English
