Mô Tả Công Việc
- Coordinate with Chief technician and Technician team to diagnose the bikes’ problems accurately, and clearly describe them on the repair order;
- Prepare the Service quotation on CRM with costs and completion times at point of sale. Clearly communicate them to customer. Follow-up base on the guideline on CRM;
- Manage the jobs assignation to technicians based on skill level and current resource utilization;
- Monitor & Review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness. Well communication to customers to ensure the prompt feedback during the tasks;
- Perform cashier functions, as needed;
- Open & close all customer paid, warranty, and internal repair orders;
- Follow procedures for quick and efficient handling of warranty items, including and proper storage of these items;
- Manage the issue of VAT invoices to customers through system;
- Take care of service Hotline.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Superior communication and customer service skills;
- Exellent communication in both Vietnamese & English and customer service skills;
- Technical degree in related field or motorcycle mechanics training is a plus;
- A2 or ability to get A2;
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
