Tuyển Trưởng Phòng HR - HR (Làm Việc Tại Nhà Máy Meiko Hòa Bình)

- Manage all aspects of HR-GA Job.

- Oversee talent recruiment, people management, training and development to raise the overall employee competency to achieve company objectives.

- Lead and motivate the team to achieve the business results through coaching and effective management.

- Develop human resources plan and ensure that all activities adhere to countryregulations and cultural guidelines.

- Represent HQ management, authorities and other external stakeholders locally.

- Collaborate with HR to development the concept & set-up of operations, then manage and ensure itseffective, efficient, and compliant ramp-up as well as ít daily operations.

- Create effective organizational design including definition of job roles and resource deployment.

- Drive the further development in line with company values, strategies and targets as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

- Work with headquarters to drive flexibility, speed, quality and customer focus within the operations network, contribute to corporate and functional strategy, planning, audit processes and engage incollaborative projects as needed.

- Possess strong leadership and people management skills.

- Strong guidance, and communication skills, especially decision making, planing, organization

- Experience of ramping-up and/or running HR & GA Department of MNC, especially electronics manufacturing companies

- Strong coaching and mentoring skill

- Customer oriented and strong customer handling skill

- Deep understanding of HR & GA Management job

- Familiar with windows word, Excel or othwr common PC applications.
