UIUX

* User Research & Analysis

- Understand project goals, target audiences, and user behavior through research, analytics, and feedback.

- Translate insights into design decisions that improve user experience and conversion.

* UX Design

- Develop information architecture, user flows, and wireframes for websites, e-commerce, and event pages.

- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and user journeys.

* UI Design

- Design clean, modern, and responsive layouts for desktop and mobile.

- Maintain visual consistency across pages and platforms using brand guidelines and design systems.

- Work with marketing and development teams to ensure the design meets both creative and technical requirements.

* Testing & Optimization

- Conduct usability testing and collect user feedback for improvement.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure design quality after implementation.

- Analyze metrics (bounce rate, engagement time, conversion) to continuously enhance UX performance.

* Collaboration

- Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams in both Singapore and Vietnam.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and present design concepts confidently.

* Diploma or Degree in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for websites or digital platforms.

* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

* Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web usability principles.

* Familiar with WordPress or Shopify workflows (bonus).

* Knowledge of user research methods, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus (for developer handoff).

* Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
