- Managing Back Office team in all operation activities
- Initiating new process, and controlling tools for best operation effectiveness and efficiency.
*Day to day activities
- Managing daily activities of Affluent Partnership including: operations management, orientation and issue settlement
- Managing and supporting partners on training or providing solution for difficult case or problem
- Assuring Affluent Partnership operation in compliance with the policies & regulations of VPBFC
- Leading and coaching Back Office team for their best performance and development
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Affluent Partnership Center Director
*Management of reporting units
- Reports from: Affluent Partnership Sales Admin Teamleader, Affluent Partnership Quality Assurance Teamleader, Affluent Partnership Capability Development TeamLeader
*Location: E Central, 11 Đoàn Văn Bơ, Q4, HCM
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 4 years experience in sales admin, administrative work.
- Understanding of banking products & services
- Good communication skills
- Good Microsoft word, excel and power point skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English
